Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at plygr3d@kookishop.com or message us on Instagram @kooki_mad. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the United States if you are ordering globally.
Please note that for returns or exchanges related to non-quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the returning shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Before shipping, we carefully inspect each item and take photos for documentation. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (UPS Ground): This is our default shipping method for all orders. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 1-2 weeks, not including order processing time.

Expedited Shipping (Next-Day Air): Customers have the option to select expedited shipping at checkout for faster delivery. This method guarantees next-day delivery after the order has been processed.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. In the event of an out-of-stock item, we will notify you promptly via email and provide an estimated restock date.
Shipping Costs
We do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the chosen shipping method and the destination. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Additional Information
- We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- All orders are subject to product availability. In the rare case that an item is out of stock after your order has been placed, we will contact you immediately with alternative options.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
